She's also the host of the get unstuck Podcast, where she has coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs share about how you can create more freedom in your life, whatever freedom means to you. And Matina is an expert at doing it through systems through team. And through time efficiency, obviously, as we spoke about So, without further ado, motiva, thank you so much for being on here with me and with the audience. And I'd love for you to share a little bit about your story and how you got started. And what do you do with clients? Thank you so much for having me today. My colleagues, my honor to be on your show today. So do you want me to share about how I become entrepreneurs? Something like that? Yeah, if that's what you'd like to share? Okay, sure. So, I absolutely started

Mutita Panmook  1:15

in the not really a corporate role, but in the national organization. And I discovered that there's something missing within their structure, like how the hierarchy looks like a bureaucratic and that actually cost me a lot of overwhelming and stress. And I just felt like, man, I don't want to do this for any longer, I just want to find some path that I can take control my life and really enjoy the now because I had a lot of anxiety or focusing on the future where I want to hit and which direction I would like to be called success. It's been a long ride, to be honest. And I decided to left that job started to plan living aboard and left the country. my home country wishes, I already returned here in Thailand, and went to the UK for master's degree, it's been two or three years, and I started my journey since then. So when you travel, and you plan to live aboard me, you need to find some kind of earning right. And I'm very good at caution at the very beginning. I started my journey with life plans, gosh, because I actually have had helped my moms to get back home I'm, I'm mentally shy. And if you can imagine, like my mom's stick with me 24 seven, and she doesn't have her own life. I don't want her to live that way. I want to support her to be happy, as well as she wants me to be. And I actually able to right now, like actually speak, she's just recently yesterday, we already have independent, independent life that like totally not attached to each other. And she enjoys her hobbies, she enjoy her every single day that I talk to her right now. There's no conflict, and we understand even the deeper level of what is the happiness mean for her and for me? So that's how I started my digital entrepreneur journey.

Michael Rosenberg  3:21

Yeah, I absolutely love that story right there about how you got started just helping helping your mom, one of the most important people in your life. So that's amazing. How did you progress into the business that you have now as far as being the time queen?

Mutita Panmook  3:43

Sure. So, I believe strongly like this is my strong opinion that this is the only thing in the world that you cannot get back which is time And whatever you do is involve time and as we speak right here, we cannot get back to like past minute already. So whatever I do, I would pray Be conscious in my decision making that what I would like to move forward to and be very strategized with it. So, of my get unstuck method, at least the way minimum result that you will get is to get back at least 10 hours a week. And whatever you decide to use your 10 hours is totally depends. But I believe that when we focus into the problem too much when we close to the problem too much with you all when we feel like there is no way out. But because we have been continuously thinking about it, talking about it, living with the issue, and then you are stuck. In order to get unstuck at that certain situation. You need to evaluate step back, at least one step back and see what is going on how you can move your business forward, how you can be happier with your life. You have to make a decision on how you're going to organize your time focusing on things. And then take it from there.

Michael Rosenberg  5:13

Yeah, I love that. So is that how you create that entrepreneurial life balance? What is it? So for you motiva personally what is life balance mean to you?

Mutita Panmook  5:26

That's a very good question, Michael. So I always say this is somehow like a core value in my company, that I believe that I want to help you build a business that support your lifestyle, not the other way around. So my balance would be, I would be able to work very hard in something that I love. But I also able to enjoy my life. Some people may call it work hard, play hard, but I didn't see it that way. So the way I see it, actually, how can you integrate the way you were, and you feel fulfill, as well as being yourself, like authentically, and also, well, if I, if I give an example would be my traveling experience, or the free time that I able to shoot to work at any time. So at any point, it's required from like, the mindset to organize that and leaving it accordingly. Because here's the thing, I see that not everyone able to do that consistently enough. And that's their problem of overwhelming. So if they really consistent on being themselves, they will not be overwhelmed. But there will be problems along the way. However, that's life, right, absent now is required to progress or to grow further.

Michael Rosenberg  6:53

Hmm, yeah, I love what you said there. As far as like, if you're truly yourself, you won't become overwhelmed. So can we want to dig a little bit more into that? Because I think that that's something juicy in there. What does that mean to consistently be authentic or consistently Be yourself? And how does someone create a structure in their life and in their business to actually do that?

Mutita Panmook  7:23

So in my mentorship program, get unstuck mentorship program, this is the first thing I'll be working on about personal mindset. So from my personal experience, from my mom's experience, and also my previous client experience, the very first thing that I have to share is that, do they have a fear of not feeling enough? Do they confident of being themselves just yet? And are they sticking validation right now? So these three things are the most dangerous fears that you may have? And that is how you can at least get the self awareness first, in order to be yourself. Why? Because when you reach to the point that you are really you like, Miko is really Michael, you wouldn't think that how are they before we think about you, you will not see that validation anymore. It will have to come with the weight. Of course, like we live in a society right however, do not really care because you know, what you are doing you confident of every day, you show up serving other people making entrepreneurial connection and due to connection to each other. You're not even feel like it's a word, but you're confident that you are here you was born to help people connect between each other here entrepreneurs building a better community. And these are the things that have to tango at the very first time. Before you feel like this is the balance. This is really me. Because if not, you defy who you are. You cannot show in front of other why you do what you do.

Michael Rosenberg  9:21

Yeah, yeah, I love that so much. Wow. Okay. So first step is self awareness. And then second step is

Mutita Panmook  9:36

is okay. So in get unstuck method, the part of getting unstuck in the personal level, I call it five pillar flight plans. I had the dream to write this book. I actually bought it but I haven't get to publish it just yet. So it's still like, my procrastination. That I still haven't completed that one part, but there are five pillars. supply lines that I always evaluate. And I make, I use these five pillars to make a decision in my life. Like, I live, I walk the talk, so I actually use it every single time that I faced the problem. And what should I move forward? So, am I happy? I'm happy to share with you, would you mind?

Michael Rosenberg  10:20

Yeah, sure. Um, so I'm sure everyone would love to hear it.

Mutita Panmook  10:25

Yeah, it's something that are dear to my heart about this topic. Because I know when when I feel like off balance, and I have anxiety as the foundation so I could stuck in my bed for months, not thinking anything and just looking at the ceiling. Like, I used to be that person. So I understand how to get out of bed feeling excited every single moment feels like and how, actually, it's feel better to do things on your own. So let's get into the topic. Five Pillars of libel ads, first thing first self awareness, right, we will tackle about the confidence issue seeking validation and building not enough. So these are three things that will be the forecast to get yourself awareness, settle or magnesian on your who you are. And then we will take a look at positive relationship. So how can we build positive relationships regardless the relationships paper, whoever you talk with whoever you connect with, like entrepreneurial connection, right? So, we will prefer to build positive relationship, because you never know in the future, who you will work with, or who you do business with, or even you have conflict right now. But how can you move forward together. So this is the negotiation part regarding to how you manage the expectation level within your relationship. So I call the second pillar positive relationship awareness, and then we will take a look at your health. So about the health would be mentally or physically right, this one needs would require you to check with your doctor something like that regarding to blood tests, getting understand more about your nutrition, because I personally experienced that. And I have kept that in the past three years, about my sleep about my nutrition, like food allergy, these affect the way you making decision, this affect the level of your mentality. And also, if you have mental illness or something, this is the key that to chanting from inside. And then feeling better, like God, hell, right that people say, so you have three brands, like your brain, your heart, brain, and also your government. So these are linked, and you have to improve that from within because if not, it will show in your skin, your hair. Just thinking about wake up and feeling clear, like have a clear mind when you first start open your eyes. That is like without coffee. So that's what we optimize to. And then the fourth pillar would be social status and carrier power. So

Michael Rosenberg  13:09

what was that second piece social status and what sorry, social, social status and what was the carrier path?

Mutita Panmook  13:19

Yeah. Carrier car. carrier.

Michael Rosenberg  13:23

Okay. Okay.

Mutita Panmook  13:25

Yeah, so not everyone wants to be entrepreneur, even though they are in the entrepreneur journey. Like at the end of the day, they might discover that. So this is something that I discovered along the way. When, when the time that I work for other people, I seek for security, I want to have security to be able to get my salary, right, either is weekly or monthly, that that's the security and the certainty that I can expect in the working environment as employee employers whatsoever, regardless that type of thing. So the career path will give you the the expectation of yourself whether you are the Rick Chesser entrepreneur, or you prefer to stick in for that security and certainty. There's no there's nothing wrong. It's just like, what you actually prefer, and social status, I didn't mean about the economical level. Well, it's somehow related, but why do you want to put yourself in a society? Are you a followers? Are you a leaders or you are integrator or there are many types, but what is actually your main role to serve that you was born for? So once you understand is, what you are working on career path, and what is your social status that you show up every single day that will support you that and also answer the question that what I'm doing Right now, what I'm doing it for. So that is the fourth pillar. The fifth pillar, definitely something that is everyone is looking forward. financial abundance, right? I know abundance word, this is something that we wait and also quite big. But what is your financial goal? We have to accept that. Though there might be many arguments regarding to this, but I believe money can solve a lot of problems, even though it's not making you happy, but it can help you to get to your happiness, at least. So, currently, we cannot live without money, like, we have to buy things. And that is how, like, I will have the method of like how you plan your mindset on that and how you can consistent on that to not feeling like, man, I have to like living paycheck to paycheck or something from the pillar four that leads to pillar five like you ever to evaluate what is your expectation regarding to financial side, and how you will manage that to prevent overwhelming. So that is the fifth pillar. and combine these together, you aware of yourself able to balance your relationship healthier, in your own terms, whatever that means for you. Understand what you are doing, why you are doing for, and no need to worry about financial side. So these, for me, help me making decision in life for pivoting or moving country, for example, I just moved back home is a kind of like serious talk that will help you keep the peace of mind and clarity, which is you need some tools that will guide you to that. And this get unstuck method in this popular live lives will help you exactly to do that.

Michael Rosenberg  17:03

Wow. Well, thank you for sharing all of those pillars with us. I do want to I want to ask you a follow up question about pillar number two. Because I think this is something that's so critical that people can implement immediately into their life is I would love for you to talk a little bit more about how to go about setting expectations with the people in your life, whether that's people that are already in your life, as well as like new people and new potential clients that are coming into your life.

Mutita Panmook  17:38

Sure, yeah. Thank you for asking that question. from, from my experience, and to now, this is something that I discover, I have one of the bottom lines that I tell myself every single day that if they really aligned with me to work with me further, they will not go anywhere. And they will not make me hate it regardless, is quite Buddhist understanding, you know, like, if we are belongs to walk together, walk forward, walking forward together, there will be not that hard conflict. And those red flags, if it appears, doesn't mean that they are not good people. And you can love them as much as you can. But you love them enough to let them go outside of your path. So you can remain the peace of mind, if that makes sense.

Michael Rosenberg  18:33

Yeah, I think so. So let me just make sure I heard you correctly. So basically, if you and another person are meant to walk on the path of life together, then you're meant to, and there's no. And even if there's if there's more than a little bit of conflict, then it probably wasn't meant to be in the in the first place.

Mutita Panmook  18:58

Yeah, I mean, at particular situation, let's say so positive relationship is something that you want to stay or to leave with positivity, that that's what I believe in. And to balance those expectation first is to understand them and know yourself that is okay, even though they're gonna leave you at certain point. That's fine. People meet and you could leave regardless. apart with these leads, or apart because we have to choose our own destiny. That's that's totally normal, right? So when you making that expectation to other people, to show up as understanding why they are here is something important to think of, and be the good listener in order to not actually expect but once they tell you about what they really want, or how can we able to assess between each other, you already know who you are from the pillar number one, you already know how you show up from pillar number one is self awareness. So you know that what you have in your hands to fulfill that person or regardless, this relationship, this could be friends, this could be spouse, this could be parents event. But how can you fulfill that dream? How can you fulfill their happiness right now? And that's how you balance the expectation how you manage the expectation by not expected it from your side, but let them tell you, and you can tell them whether you can or cannot. And that's okay.

Michael Rosenberg  20:44

I got it now. I understand. That's awesome. Yeah. So basically, it's always seeking to understand. And then someone tells you what they what they expect or what they want. And then you have the opportunity with your true self to be like, Yes, I can do that. Let's do it. Or no, that's not gonna work for me.

Mutita Panmook  21:09

Yeah, is the same as how you do market research. Right?

Michael Rosenberg  21:12

Yeah, yeah, exactly. Exactly.

Mutita Panmook  21:14

I think I think that's why get off my thought have to say that like, personal and business operations, like we're not even touched on that, but just even idea.

Michael Rosenberg  21:24

That's my next question. So it's a perfect segue.

Mutita Panmook  21:27

Okay. Yeah, it's related. You wouldn't be surprised that actually, like, most of the relationship wise, is the same. I don't think I could really separate between personal life and business. Right now, even though it's b2b. However, it's not really different in the outcome, but it's different in terms of like, how you process within this business could be another. How do you call it? You know, I mean, another identity of you, that like having entity, another entity of you, that able to support you and be the vehicle to, to lead you to get to your financial goal or impact goal that new people, but then you also have to leave as your personal level that support that as well. In particular business, though, I mean, if you still the business owner and working in the business, there will be something that you have to work for. Unless you are already able to work on the business. You have other people's support your dream in that mission, that would be another conversation. So yeah, what is your question?

Michael Rosenberg  22:48

Yeah, well, it was, it was pretty much how do you design your business operation to support your life goal? Sure, you know, and how do you start? And I know Also, I'd love to talk about, you know, hiring and delegating tasks as well, because I know that's also your area of expertise. So

Mutita Panmook  23:10

sure, yeah, I just live and breathe with it, is the same as recruiting, right, finding a good positive relationship. Sounds like dating but Well, it's true, because you meet someone by you guessing we are a good fit, but relief, or you fire that person, because you know, for the fact that they are not a good fit anymore. And that's exactly how I firmly the operation side. So it will start from how my clients operating currently, I think I did live bodies the other day, those who say that they don't have the stem, meaning that they haven't started doing anything. Those who tell me that they have, they have been doing a lot of work. They already have systems in place, but they just like they are messy. The systems operations are messy. This is one someone to help them organize and formulate, and give them the clarity of what is step one, step two, step three, like bite sized pieces. Instead, those who say that I don't know where to start building the system is mean that they haven't started doing anything and they haven't start doing the mistake. Because if they know that this would lead to some mistake, they will say that, Oh, this is not working for me. And that's totally make things for yourself to operate your business that aligned within yourself, right? We were talking about self awareness here, and how you build a system, the business operation that support who you really are. So without you having to discover who you really are. The system that can support your lifestyle will be All over the place. Because you are so all over the place, if that makes sense, is going along together. I can.

Michael Rosenberg  25:09

Yeah, it's hard to separate, but I'm understanding. So basically, if you don't, if your life is a mess, then there's no way that your business systems are going to be in order. Because,

Mutita Panmook  25:22

yeah, if that's true, yeah, I totally agree with that. 100%. Like, at the time that I failed, like, I really in need of money, there was a time of that, like, I really need to find money. And my business look very frustrated, because of me, because I'm running it. So I think it's the mirror that reflect who you really are, and why you do what you do. Yeah, so that's how you operate it. And, and to, to answer that question of like, how you really formulate or set up this system? Again, it's literally is that easy? Is that simple? Everyone? walk yourself to your perfect day, not really a perfect day. But how do you really want to do this thing like this? Almost every single day, and it has no need to be a routine. But it might require to be a checklist, that if you can adjust the time, you should take this off the tabs every day or every week. So it's quite hard to say that. But when you pile everything up in front of you, that's already messy. So when we write down like, Hey, this is marketing, this is sales, this is fulfillment, this is delivery, this is retention, or referral. And this is admin part, which one you want to do first, on what day and what we are optimizing the system towards the goal. And then we reverse engineer like it's that simple. Like, I bet that anyone who have learned about system and operations that will tell exactly the same to me. However, you wouldn't make the system that is not working. Because you cannot streamline something that it hasn't been validated. Well, I don't want to use the word validate test, because it seems like you stay in for other approval, but this business, right, you serve others. So that's why the market has to be there for you. That's that's different from you faking validation for yourself. So you cannot streamline things that is not yet work. Because you will be at the innovative process, you still need to do that experiment. But then one is quite stable, you can streamline this process in order to automate them, and then delegate further, which is what you do a little bit further, right. Just automate delegate every time cannot skip.

Michael Rosenberg  27:59

Yeah. Wow. Well, I'm curious mateesah I know that I was gonna ask you about, you know, hiring people and delegating. But I'm curious if there's anything that you wanted to share about anything you want the viewers the listeners to know that I haven't asked you, or that you haven't had a chance to share yet?

Mutita Panmook  28:25

I'm not sure. I think I think anyone who will listen and chew now will get the idea of like, how can they feel as a themselves as the best life? Like, how can you really living in the now and because of that you can find a lot of free time moving forward, so that you can pursue your lifestyle that you really seeking for. So if that's the business side, you're so aware of that like how you should run your business at the current moment that support your lifestyle, and also make profit out of it. So I think we cover those signs. Yeah.

Michael Rosenberg  29:18

Thanks for Tita. Well, where can people find out more about you motiva if they want to get in touch if they want to learn how to get unstuck for themselves?

Mutita Panmook  29:35

Sure, so I have a lot of resources that you can check at help you get unstuck.com I believe Michael will put that somewhere in the description or something. Thank you. And if you want to speak with me and get them stuck right away for like, I can give you complete mentally three insight call that after the end of the call. You will get some thing to take action right away. So if you're interested for that, speak with motiva.com. That will be where you can book a call with me.

Michael Rosenberg  30:08

Oh my goodness Mutita. Thank you so much for being on here. Can I ask Mutita? Let's have one more insight, one more tactic. One more tip about how people can just like powerfully move forward and connect with people in their life, or connect with themselves. What can people do?

Mutita Panmook  30:30

Yeah, I believe that. This is something that I also live in who found that being very honest, and don't lie to other people. Because if you are honest to yourself, you're honest to others. Whatever the outcome that might be, you show up as a good How to say that, like, way optimist and have a good heart to move forward. So once you care, like really care, you can connect at a deeper level. And if you lie, or doing something bad with that, it can come back to you anytime like someone, maybe five years from now, 10 years from now, we will discover that. So, living with honesty, that is something that I would be the best tip ever, because at the end of the day, you will know for a fact that whatever happened in your life, these people stay with you, for better or worse, because you are honest with them with any situation. So that will be the tips that I give to everyone.

Michael Rosenberg  31:40

That's absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much. Mutita. This has been the entrepreneurs connection show. Thanks for listening
